- Products must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant (like another size or scent), please ensure you initiate the exchange within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Exchanged items must meet the same criteria as returned items — unused and in original packaging.
Initiating a Return or Exchange

- Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your return or exchange.
After inspecting the returned product, if your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Please note, depending on your card issuer's policies, it might take several days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items. If your exchange is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part, Afro Unicorn will cover the return shipping cost.
